1. Zero Academic Data Collection

We respect the absolute privacy of your academic records. CGPACalculator.tools does not collect, store, or transmit any of the grades, CGPA numbers, or credit hours you enter into our calculators.

Every calculation runs strictly client-side via JavaScript directly within your browser instance. When you close the calculator tab or navigate away, any inputted academic data is permanently destroyed. We operate no backend databases that hold user transcripts.

2. Information We Do Collect (Analytics)

To improve our service and understand regional tool usage, we employ standard web analytics (such as Google Analytics). This collects non-personally identifiable information including:

  • Browser type and version
  • General geographical location (e.g., country or city level)
  • Pages visited and time spent on site
  • Referring URLs

Given our lack of user accounts or server-side transmission, no identifiable child data is ever persisted by our platform.
